Usage of our Scott Polo website and ordering with Scott Polo s either online or offline are subject to the following terms.


Can I Cancel My Orders?

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (info@scottinternational.in) within 24 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the print shop has not already started the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.

Scott Polo is an online retailer of apparel and lifestyle products offered at great values to the consumer. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon placing an order, Scott Polo s.in shall ship the product to you and be entitle to its payment for the service.


How to Change My Design?

Designs can be changed before it gets printed. Screen making charges applicable extra for screen printing. Orders in which any change requests have been made can be delayed from 2-7 days based on the change requested.


What is the Cancellation Fee?

There is a minimum cancellation fee which is charged to cover the Printing Process Expense. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.


Mode of Transfer of Payments:

Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer which will be coordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to info@scottinternational.in


Can I Return My Orders?

Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. All our orders will be proceed only after ORDER SHEET confirmation from your side. Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted or material damages, If you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (info@scottinternational.in) Fabric GSM may vary 10-20 GSM from color to color. Print shade may vary upto 10% unless provided with a proper pantone colour. please note that Garment sizes can vary between manufacturers and our styles +-2cm. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, purchase a sample product If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, our friendly customer service will help you in the issues. At Scott Polo s we are providing wide range of product qualities and pricing. Fabric quality, Shrinkage, color bleeding, Print / embroidery quality may vary based on the quality you choose. We strongly suggest you to get samples and use before you buy. Custom manufactured garments cannot be returned for unsatisfactory delivery by the courier partner.


Dispatch & Delivery

You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated dispatch time is displayed on the order summary sheet. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated dispatch time to your location. Sometimes, dispatch may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in dispatch. We always guarantee a dispatch date, delivery date will be given by the courier partner


Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.


We Pay For Return Shipping

We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
